What we collect
- Gym owners: your name, email, gym name and address, and a hashed password. Card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
- Visitors who book: the name, phone/email, visit time, and any note you choose to share with the gym. This information is shown only to that gym's staff to prepare for your visit.
How it's used
- Booking confirmations and reminders about your own visit (transactional messages).
- Marketing follow-ups only if you separately ticked the opt-in box when booking. Reply STOP to any text, or use the unsubscribe link in any email, to opt out at any time.
Where it lives
Data is stored with Canadian-region providers (Toronto). A tamper-evident audit ledger records consent events and message sends so opt-outs are provable.
What we never do
- Sell or rent personal information.
- Message visitors on behalf of anyone other than the gym they booked with.
- Keep card numbers, CVCs, or full payment details on our servers.
Your rights
Email us to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Visitors can also ask the gym they booked with, and we'll action it on their behalf.
