1. The service
GymConnekt provides a QR-code walk-in capture and booking service for fitness facilities: a hosted booking page, printable QR materials, booking confirmations and reminders, and a manager portal. The service is provided to the subscribing business ("you") for use at the locations you register.
2. Subscriptions & billing
- Plans are billed monthly in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes (GST/PST), starting on the day you subscribe and renewing on the same day each month.
- The exact amount due today, taxes, and your renewal date are shown on the payment step before you are charged.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number.
3. Cancellation & refunds
- You can cancel anytime from your portal or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; you keep access until then.
- Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Messaging & compliance
- Booking confirmations and reminders are transactional messages sent on your behalf to people who book at your facility.
- Marketing follow-ups are only sent to visitors who separately opt in, and every message honours STOP/unsubscribe. You agree not to use the service to send messages that violate Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) or equivalent laws.
5. Your responsibilities
- Keep the information on your booking page (hours, amenities, address) accurate.
- Keep your account credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
6. Service changes & availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. We may improve or change features; material reductions in functionality will be communicated in advance.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymConnekt's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
